On July 27th, 2010 the FTC completed several major amendments that increased restrictions upon how fees may be collected within the debt and credit industries.  Out of respect for these changes Debt Zero Processing has elected to refrain from the solicitation of new business affiliation and new consumer enrollment until we have a better understanding of how companies should operate under these new laws.

Effective October 27th, 2010 Debt Zero Processing will no longer accept applications for affiliation or the enrollment of clients under our current fee model for service.  Current affiliates please contact your Account Executive in order to complete an addendum to your previously executed Referral Agreement.  This addendum will help to ensure the protection of our affiliate companies, the consumers enrolled, and Debt Zero Processing’s ability to exist.

Currently enrolled clients are grandfathered into our program and will continue to be served as they are today.
